We process and ship orders from our warehouses within 1-2 business days. Delivery times depend on the shipping method you choose and your location. All shipping times are estimated in business days.

After your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking information. You can easily track your order on our website or by clicking here. Please note, tracking will be active once the carrier receives your package.

If your order hasn't arrived, first check your email for the tracking information we sent when your order left our warehouse. You can track your order as it makes its way to you. Please note, tracking information will only be activated once your order has been handed to the carrier.

Weather, public holidays, peak shipping seasons, and incorrect delivery information can cause delays. Absolutely! We provide free standard shipping on orders over $50 to the USA. For orders under $50, a standard shipping fee will apply.

If you have received or purchased a Skinociti gift card, you can easily redeem it during checkout. Enter the gift card code in the "Discount Code" field and click "Apply." The amount will be deducted from your total. If there is any remaining balance on the gift card, it can be used for future purchases. If you have any issues, please contact our support team for assistance.

  1. Open the Settings app.
  2. Scroll down and tap About Phone or About Device.
  3. The Model Name is displayed on this screen.

MacBook

  1. Click on the Apple menu in the top-left corner.
  2. Select About This Mac.
  3. The Model Name is displayed in the Overview tab.

Windows Laptops

  1. Open the Start menu and type System Information.
  2. Press Enter.
  3. Look for System Model in the System Summary section.

iPad

  1. Open the Settings app.
  2. Go to General > About.
  3. The Model Name is listed near the top.
